The owners of PBA Ops reserve the right to remove or edit any information submitted for any reason. Any information submitted to PBA Ops is considered public, non-confidential information. PBA Ops and Paintball Africa will not be held responsible for information submitted that somehow finds its way into the public domain. As owners, Paintball Africa, bear the right to market and sell products through PBA Ops. However, to prevent unsolicited advertising and non-sanctioned business dealings, please note the following: 1. Paintball Africa defines advertising as an individual or company's attempt to generate business or other commercial enterprise, either directly or indirectly, by using PBA Ops. Solicitation includes, but is not limited to, mining email addresses, cell phone numbers or any contact details, the displaying of phone numbers for your business, and referring to or displaying of one's own Web site address. 2. Paintball Africa encourages field owners to list their field/s as well as promote their events on PBA Ops, however, the condition of this liberty is as such that no other Paintball retailer, vendor or distributor's products and/or business may be promoted. To this end, any field owner or Paintball event organiser who promotes their field or event on PBA Ops agrees to grant Paintball Africa the right to display it's brands in the form of banners and other general advertising at said events. 3. Any non-sanctioned individual or company, found to be using PBA Ops to conduct business dealings, WILL be dealt with in the strictest manner possible, deletion of accounts not withstanding. PBA Ops will tolerate no abnormal behaviour and any attempt to cause disruption or to blatantly disrespect another person, WILL have your account suspended and your IP logged. No foul language, politics, sexism, hate speech etc...Please note that you are a guest here and that manners cost nothing. Your conduct on PBA Ops is no different than everyday conduct. Paintball Africa reserves the right to remove any user from PBA Ops or to reject any registration application. Paintball Africa does not accept any responsibility pertaining to the information located on any of our websites including PBA Ops or the utilization thereof. E&OE.
